The Crafty Maltsters have worked hard over the last 4 years to grow and eventually malt a collection of heritage barleys. Orkney Bere forms part of our heritage collection and is a form of ancient six-row barley which has been grown on Orkney for thousands of years. The Crafty Maltsters feel very privileged to have been able to get our hands on a seed supply of this very special barley and we are delighted to now be able to share that with you. Happy brewing :)
